ABOUT US...
The first TeeTalk newsletter was created
the old way - on paper - in January of 1996, just after our
Frequent Players Club began at Oak Hills GC. Long-term FPC members are aware
of this publication and remember the valuable items of interest that kept our
members informed and up-to-date on golf issues.
Since so many of you are now part of this
new way of communication, we decided to save the trees and go by the way of the
World Wide Web with TeeTalk, as this is the way of the future.

Oak
Hills Golf
Club
is recognized as one of the area's finest championship golf
courses. It will challenge both the high, and the low handicap golfer. Oak Hills
is a beautiful 18-hole public golf course,
yet maintained as well as a private club. It features rolling terrain with numerous elevated tees and
greens. Pine forest and mature oaks frame the
wide fairways.
The par 72 course stretches to 6,935 yardage. The course rating is 72.2 and it
has a slope rating of 123 on Bermuda grass.
Facilities include a driving range, putting
and chipping greens, practice bunker and a snack bar. The course architect was
Chuck Anthony, Sr. and the Oak Hills course opened in 1981. Oak
Hills Golf Club is located in Spring Hill, Florida.

Oak Hills is located in Spring Hill, Florida, just a short drive from the Tampa
area and central Florida. From I-4 SW take Rt. 275 North. Take exit 62 Route 50 West. Turn left onto
Deltona Boulevard, then turn left onto Northcliffe Boulevard. Oak Hills Golf
Club will be on your left.

About Our Frequent
Player Club . . .
Our Frequent Player Club originated in the
fall of 1995. Our members have increased considerably since then. The first
newsletter stated we had 146 members back in 1996. Now our membership is up in
the thousands!
Being a member of the Frequent Player Club
is quite a rewarding opportunity for all avid golfers such as you. Besides saving
on greens fees, range balls, and a whole lot more, you also have a chance at
winning a Round of Golf. That means 'You Play and We Pay'! WOW!!! What golfer
doesn't love that!!!!
It works like this! As a Frequent Player
Club member you may be selected as one of three to
win a Free Round of Golf* each month. Two members are chosen because they
played the most golf in a given month and a third is chosen at random from our
monthly lottery.
A notice is posted in Oak Hills clubhouse
each month listing the previous month's Frequent Player Club winners.
*(Special
promotions occur periodically for additional free rounds of golf - such as our
current promotion for a monthly drawing. Read more about it on our Oak Hills
Golf Give-Away page. You'll be eligible for that monthly drawing also when
you submit the completed feedback form.)
